Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters production within hours. Standard production time is 2–5 business days, though this may vary during peak seasons or high‑volume periods.

Production time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Timeframes

After production is complete, orders are shipped via our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, or regional service disruptions.


3. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimums and no codes needed.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipment fees may apply.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows an order as “delivered” but the package is missing, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.


7. Delayed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control. Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays.


8. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on product type and fulfillment location. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
