Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimums and no codes needed.

Every item is made to order, just for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping time begins once your order leaves our facility.

Estimated delivery windows for U.S. orders is 3–7 business days. These are estimates - carriers may experience delays, especially during holidays or high-volume seasons.

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier scans your package

To get your items to you faster, some products ship from different fulfillment centers. If your order has multiple items, they may arrive separately.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. We recommend checking:

Your mailbox or parcel locker
With neighbors or building staff
Around your porch or side door

If it still doesn’t show up, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll support you however we can, but we’re unable to replace orders marked as delivered.

We can update your address within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and changes aren’t guaranteed.

No — we are a U.S. Based company and do not ship outside the country.

FAQ: Returns & Replacements

Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing, color preference, or change of mind. All sales are final.

We’ll take care of it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
