Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

All products are made to order. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. All sales are final except in cases of damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We will replace an item at no additional cost if it arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design sent)

To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

Due to the made‑to‑order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered
Change of mind
Color or fit preferences
Accidental orders

We encourage customers to review size charts and product details before placing an order.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information shows an order as “delivered” but the package is missing, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered and cannot issue replacements for these cases.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after purchase. We can only modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of the order being placed. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
